Duration: about 90 minutes
This moderate to fast walk is for people who wish to re-discover their own sensory “selves”. During this walk through natural and man-made environments (canals and parks) participants will be observing the world around and inside them. Guidance about sensory perception will be provided at different stages of the walk, with emphasis on locomotion and equilibrium, sound perception, visual perception, and attention.

Participants should meet at the Husk Coffee (649-651 Commercial Road, E14 7LW) which is opposite Limehouse DLR station. The walk will end at Stratford (Olympic Park & Westfield Shopping Centre), with a stop along the way for comfort/refreshment (at the Pavilion Café, Victoria Park).
