Art on the Streets II: Art as Intervention is a one day symposium featuring the latest work and current thinking of 15 internationally renowned artists, curators, and researchers working on street art, graffiti and urban contemporary art.
The theme of this year’s symposium – Art as Intervention – will focus on urban art as a critical form of intervention, and as a powerful tool for addressing social issues.
Art on the Streets II takes place on March 21, 2018 at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, The Mall, London SW1Y 5AH.
The symposium is co-convened by Susan Hansen (Visual & Creative Methods Group, Middlesex University) and Sabina Andron (Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL).
