Performance students at the University of West London (UWL) have discovered new ways of working together while staying isolated by creating an entirely online dramatic reading.
A group of nine performing arts students from UWL’s London College of Music (LCM) have performed a dramatic reading of the play, The Importance of Being Earnest each from their own homes in efforts to keep learning alongside social distancing measures.
Now available to view on YouTube, the piece was put together and edited by second-year Acting and Theatre Making student Matt Battersby to help him explore new ideas while performance and rehearsal spaces across the country remain closed.
