Margaret Heffernan, businesswoman, author of Wilful Blindness and other publications, and Professor in Practice at the University of Bath.
Drawing on her latest book Uncharted, Margaret explains why ‘ineradicable uncertainty remains inherent to human life’ and never more so than during a pandemic. Through an exploration of people and organisations who are not daunted by uncertainty, she will share what skills and behaviours are needed to navigate the future successfully with agility and creativity.
